At this time, you cannot download files from the Etsy app. Please log into your Etsy account on a web browser, such as Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox. 

Head to the top right corner, just next to the cart icon. You should see your profile picture if you have set one. Click on the picture to brign down the menu shown in this photo. 

Choose the top option, "Purchases."

Once inside your purchases, you should see the option to Download Files next to your purchase. If you do not see this option yet, your payment still might be in the process of clearing. You may need to wait a little before this appears.

You will see the option to download your files. Most times, you will have a single PDF file included when you purchase from my shop. Pay attention to your computer/tablet/phone settings so you can find where your PDF downloads to.

Usually, this goes to your downloads folder. You may also find it under "recent files."

If you purchase on Etsy, you will receive this PDF as your downloaded file. 

This allows me to have more control over the size and quality of my files, beyond what Etsy allows for direct download. 

After you download and open the PDF, simply click on the "click here" button at the bottom of the page. This will direct you to the product on my website. 

Once you click the link, you will see the Members free version of the product. Since you have already paid, you will be able to redeem this product at no further cost. 

Scroll down and click "Add To Cart." 

You will see the item added to your cart. 

At this point,  you can choose to go directly to the checkout to redeem your free item. Alternatively, you are able to add additional items to your cart if you wish. 

If you are a member, your applicable discounts will automatically be applied at this point. 

In order to check out, YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS! 

In addition, you must fill in the zip code field. This is for tax tracking purposes only. 

Providing an email address allows me to send any updated versions of the files in the future. 

You can skip filling out any other fields on this page, or feel free to leave me a message if you have a comment or question. 

Additionally, you can add any promo codes under the order summary section by expanding the dropdown "enter promo code," and then hit apply. 

Click continue to payment at the bottom of the page. 

Unless you add additional items to your cart, you will not enter any credit card or other payment info. The no payment required screen will populate, and you can now click to complete your order. 

At this point, you can download your files directly from this screen. 

In addition, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. You may have to look in your junk or spam mail folder to find it.
